You can organize properties by geographic location in Daftra in a few ways. You can create Unit Types representing each location or area, or take advantage of Additional Unit Fields to add a custom location field that appears in the unit list and can be searched and filtered.

Yes, a unit's status in Daftra updates instantly and automatically. When you create a booking order whose date overlaps with the current time, the unit's status immediately changes to Booked, and once the booking ends, it automatically reverts to Available. You can also manually change a unit's status between Active and Inactive at any time from the unit's profile page.

You can attach photos and floor plans to each property unit in more than one way in Daftra. You can add multiple photos to each Unit Type so they appear in the unit list under that type, and you can also attach files and floor plans directly to the Booking Orders linked to the unit. In addition, you can use Additional Unit Fields to add custom file upload fields that appear on each unit's profile page.

Yes, you can add private notes for each property unit in Daftra through the Description field available in the unit's add/edit form, which appears on the unit's profile page. You can also add extra custom notes fields through Additional Unit Fields. At the booking order level, there's a separate Notes field for each booking order linked to the unit.
