New Organizational Structure Update: New feature “Organizational Chart” has been added.
Feature Description:
Displays a visual hierarchy of the organization, representing employees and their reporting structure.
Shows employee reporting lines, indicating who reports to whom across different departments and branches.
Highlights each employee’s direct manager and direct reports, helping users quickly understand team structures.
Enables easy navigation through the company hierarchy for both HR and management.

New Assets Update: This update allows the user to define a Custom Start Date for the automatic depreciation of assets while adding New Asset.
Features:
New HR Update: The user can view the employees that assigned to a specific shift through Shift Display Screen.
New E-invoice Update: You can now select “Display branch name in invoice QR code” from the “E-invoice General Settings” menu, which will display the branch name instead of the account name.
New Clients Routing Update: A new field has been added to specify the parent account for customer accounts, which will be used when creating a new customer
New Sales Update: Users can now set one or more Adjustment accounts through “Adjustments Settings” next to the “Activate Sales Adjustments” option on the “Invoices and Estimates Settings” screen.
New External Apps Updates:
New Offers Update: Users can now set offers to “Item Groups” and all selected products within the item group will have the offer applied to them once selected.
New Advance Payments Module: A new "Advance Payments" module has been added, allowing users to add one or more advance payments. These payments can then be assigned to the invoice bu assigning “Advance Payments” instead of “Invoice Payment”.
Notes:
To activate the module, you must first activate the "KSA Electronic Invoice" application from the Apps Manager.
You can activate the application through "Invoices and Estimates Settings".
New HR Dashboard Update: A new “Residences Expiring Soon” widget has been added, which displays the next 10 Resident that are about to expire.
Public Holidays Update - HR: A new “Calendar” widget has been added to the Public Holidays view screen, which displays all holidays in a calendar system with the option to Edit an existing holiday or Add a new one.
New HR Updates: The following options have been added to the Payroll and Attendance Modules:
New Clients Update: Now the user can Add and Display Sales Orders in the Client Profile page.
New Requisitions Update: User can now “Edit the Warehouse” in the Requisitions generated from a “Sales Invoice” or “Purchase Invoice".
New Stocktakings Update: User can now import “Tracking Data” for products with Tracking Type such as “Serial Number, Expiry date, Lot Number, etc”, when importing products while adding a Stocktaking.
New Treasuries & Bank Account Update: A new button has been added to the top left of the Treasury/Bank Account view screen, which switches the screen to the “Ledger Report” screen for the Treasury or Bank Account Journal Account.
New Attendance Restrictions Update: Added an “Address” label to the Location attendance restriction, which affects attendance logs.
New Journals Update: A new option has been added to the Journal Entries management screen to view “Incomplete entries,” allowing you to complete adding an incomplete entry.
New Products Update: Now the user can assign Sales Tax and Purchase Tax on the “Add Product” screen by clicking the “Advanced” button in front of the “Tax” field.
New Finance Update: New Validation options have been added to the “General Settings” screen for the “Expenses” and “Incomes” Journal Account. If enabled, the voucher cannot be saved without assigning the Journal-Account.
New POS Updates:
Rental and Unit Update: A new application, "Leasing Contracts" has been added. Through this application, users can Add Leasing Contract, such as "year, month, or week," based on seasonal contracting, rather than daily, unit demand. The following are features of this module:
New App Release: Daftra Dynamic Printing Application which allows the Restaurants to procced with orders in a more dynamic way and its features are:
The app can be activated from “External Applications” from “Apps Manager” page.
New POS - Daftra App Update: Users can now select the Order Source through the Android POS app.
New Invoices Update: A new "Invoice Deductions After Tax" application has been released, allowing the addition of more than one type of discount with separate accounting routing for each, after tax. This can be done by activating the application from "External Applications" in "Application Management".
New Leave Applications Update: Undo Leave Application – Validation with Attendance Permissions
If an approved leave application has a linked attendance permission in the attendance record, the system blocks the undo action and displays the message:
“You cannot undo the leave application as there is a related attendance permission already calculated in the attendance record”.
If there is no linked attendance permission, the system allows the undo action, automatically deletes the related attendance permission, and records the deletion in the activity log.
New Reports Update: A new report has been added to the Sales Reports, "Sales Report - Invoice Type and Payment Status" which can be activated through "Application Manager".
New Reports Update: A new Sales Report has been added, “Sales by Sales Person” with the ability to search and filter by a specific Sales Person. It can be activated through “Application Manager”.
New Clients Update: The Client Follow Up Status will now appear below his details when Adding New Invoice.
New Invoices Update: Now, if some of invoice products are Out of Stock, an error message will appear for all products that do not have a stock available for sale.

New Payslips Update: You can now select a group of payslips and print them together using the “Actions” option on the “Payslips” screen.
New Requisitions Update: “Clone” option is now added to the list of actions that can be applied to the Requisition.
New Trial Balance Report Update: A new search field, “Balance Before” has been added, which allows you to control whether to display the “Net Balance” or the All Balance (debit and credit).
New Daftra POS App Update:
New Employee Contracts Update: You can now Export employee contracts in bulk using the “Actions” option on the Contract screen.
New Journal Entries Update: Users can now control the Currency Conversion Rate when adding a Journal Entry with a different currency other than the account's main currency by enabling the “Update Journal Entries Currency Rates” option in "Accounting Settings - General".
New Assets Update: Now the user can add “Assets Custom Fields” from the “General Account Settings”.
New Journal Entry Update: The user can now search by Tags for the journal from the “Journal Entries” page.
New Assets update: Now the user can sell a specific portion/number of an asset, not the entire asset value, depending on the Quantity the user added while adding a new asset.
New Assets Update: The user can now specify the accounts for the Depreciation and Accumulated Depreciation of an asset when Adding a New Asset.
New Requisitions Update: Users can now select “Client” when adding a “Outbound Requisition” or “Supplier” when adding an “Inbound Requisition”, Note that selecting these fields has no accounting impact on the requisition, but it helps automatically identify the Client/Supplier when converting the Requisition to an invoice.
New Client Appointments Update: Users can now send Client Appointment to their clients via Social Media by enabling “Send Client Details via Social Media” from “Client Settings - General” page.
New Stocktaking Updates: When adding an inventory stocktaking, the user now can do the following:
Add an image to each product (appears only on the inventory stocktaking).
Add notes to each product.
Update System Count (this option allows the user to update the product quantities in the system if a some of transactions are added before the inventory stocktaking is settled).
New Products Update: Users can now control the “Brands” of products through “Product Settings”.
New Invoices Update: Users can now select the Warehouse when Importing Invoices from a CSV file.
New Invoices Update: Users can now set tracking data for products with Tracking Type in the “Copy from Spreadsheet” when Adding New Invoice.

New Attendance Update: When you “Calculate Attendance” from the Attendance Logs screen, attendance will be calculated for the last 3 months only, not the entire previous period.
Auto Number Settings Update: A new setting has been added to control Employee sequential numbering through the Auto Numbering Settings.
New Import Update: Now, when importing any set of system data, you can click the “Download Sample” button, which will allow you to view the example and enter the data in a format identical to it.
New Employee Attendance Update: You can now assign more than one “Location” to “Attendance Restrictions” settings when adding a “New Attendance Restriction”.
New Leave Requests Update: Users can now specify the request type as “½ day” when adding a New Leave Request.
New Contracts Update: When Adding a New Contract, you can now select the “Renew Contract Automatically” option. If enabled, the employee’s contract will be automatically renewed.
New External Apps Update: Now Daftra supports integration with both “Salla” and “WooCommerce” platforms through the External Apps Managemer.
New Purchases Reports Update: Now you can filter by the Supplier Code, Name, Email and Mobile in the Purchases by Supplier and Purchases by Staff Reports.
New Client Import Update: Now you can specify the Credit Limit and Credit Period for the Client while specifying the import columns via a CSV file.

New Reports Update: A new report “Attendance Sheets Report” has been added to the Employees Reports, which displays all Employee / User Attendance Sheet data.

This new Module helps many manufacturing activities to follow up on the entire process of manufacturing orders, reviewing and following up on their costs, whether direct or indirect.
New Stocktaking Update: Now the user can add products with tracking type such as (Serial Number, Expiry Date, Lot Number…) in the Stocktaking and select the tracking type value for each product.
New Shipping Options Update: A setting has been implemented within the Shipping Options to select specific system services. When this service is selected on an invoice, it will not appear as a line item, instead, it will be treated as a Cash-On-Delivery fee, with the amount deducted from the Invoice Subtotal.
New Beauty Salons Updates:
New Leave Applications Update: Now the user can specify the type of request “delay, leave or early” while creating a new leave request.
New SMTP Update: In the SMTP email settings, we have updated the authentication process for Gmail and Outlook to align with the changes they have implemented in their apps for connecting email settings through Daftra. Now, you just need to press the Gmail or Outlook button on the SMTP page and follow the wizard to complete the connection successfully.
New Attendence Settings Update: New setting for the Leave Applications has been added to the Attendence Settings which allows creating new leave application with an old date if this setting is enabled.
New Warehouses Update: A new view page for the Warehouse is now implemented.
New Purchase Quotations & Purchases Orders Update: Now he user can search with Supplier in Purchase Quotation and Purchase Orders managaement.
New Purchases Invoices Update: The user can copy and paste from excel in the following locations:
New Attendance App Update: The user can add notes and attachments in the Leave Applications and It appear to the user that can approve the application.
New Loans Update: Now the user can add Notes/Attachments to the Loan through the Loan View screen.
New POS Update: Now the user can add a note in the closure action of a pos session.
New Workflows Reports Update: A new row has been added to the “Workflows Profit Reports” that shows the value of the discount on the invoice if the “Discount Allowed” is enabled through the Accounts Routing, and the value of the discount will appear on the debit side of the report.
New Workflows Update: Now the user can assign transactions to workflows, for example: “sales invoice, expense, inventory order or journal entry”.
New POS Update: The option “Display the print window after confirming the invoice” has been added to the POS Settings so that the user can activate the display of the invoice print window after adding the payment or deactivate it.
New Assets Update: A “Without Depreciation” option has been added to the “Add Asset” screen, and all the fields that related with the depreciation will not appear in add / edit / view of the assetd.
New Login Setting Update: Now the user can log in via the QR Code on the General Application page.
New Accounts Routing Update: New routings have been added to the following:
New External Applications Update: Now Daftra is integrated with “Zid” platformas you can complete linking your account through the “External Applications” found in “Application Management”.
New POS Update: The user can view the loyalty points for each selected client and their conversion rate in money value. On the Payment Screen, the user can either enter the loyalty points directly, and the equivalent amount will be calculated, or enter the amount in money, and the corresponding points will be calculated.
New Loans Update: Now the user can clone the Loan with the same data and the ability to edit the data before saving.
