The aforementioned service does not include modifications to the software, the addition of new features, or the customization of templates.
The service fee may vary depending on the volume of data, the number of records to be processed, and the size of the client’s business.
Clients are not permitted to reschedule sessions beyond the expiration date of the package.
Each session is two hours in duration, and the number of participants should not exceed five individuals to ensure the session is conducted effectively.
All files must be submitted in Excel or CSV format to facilitate proper handling and processing.
Clients are required to provide a clear and detailed description of the tasks to be performed, to enable accurate pricing.
The refund policy will consider the cost of completed tasks. Any remaining balance corresponding to uncompleted tasks will be refunded. The number of sessions attended by the client will also be taken into account. Note: The same policy applies in cases of downgrading to a lower package.
In the event of an upgrade to a higher package, the price difference will be calculated based on the additional tasks and sessions, and the client will be informed accordingly.
